Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator II – Billing for our Independence, Missouri project. This onsite role provides administrative and billing support to the Billing Supervisor and project team for civil construction projects.

You will help prepare and process client invoices, maintain documentation, and ensure accuracy and contract compliance while coordinating with project managers and field staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of billing, invoicing or accounting support experience.
• Experience supporting onsite construction or industrial projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, review, and processing of client invoices and billing packages.
• Compile and verify supporting documentation for billing submissions.
• Enter billing data in accounting, ERP, and project management systems (e.g., Viewpoint).
• Track billing schedules, invoice status, and project milestones.
• Maintain organized billing records and project files.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to payment inquiries.
• Generate routine billing reports and support project financial tracking.
• Coordinate with project staff to obtain required billing information.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company procedures.
