Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to review and resolve billing issues.
• Experience auditing and researching customer accounts.
• Support month-end close and annual audits.
• Train communities on new procedures or systems.

Responsibilities

• Review daily billing for assigned communities.
• Review, Audit, and Research customers accounts.
• Resolve billing issues.
• Assist communities with month end close and monthly billing.
• Assist with interim and year end audit.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
