Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Billing Associate to support multiple communities in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on reviewing daily billing, auditing customer accounts, resolving issues, and assisting with month-end close and audits.

The ideal candidate has an AA degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience, and a track record of improving billing processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Responsibilities

• Review daily billing for assigned communities.
• Review, Audit, and Research customers accounts.
• Resolve billing Issues.
• Assist communities with month end close and monthly billing.
• Assist with interim and year end audit.
• Train communities on new procedures, policies, or automations within our billing system.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
