The Midtown Service and Treatment Center (MSTC) is seeking a dedicated Senior Billing Clerk to support billing operations for contracts, insurance, and private pay services in St. Louis, MO. This full-time role involves CIMOR, Credible, and EHR workflows to ensure accurate claims and timely payments.

The position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with health policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and online billing systems.
• CIMOR experience is a plus; familiarity with Credible EMR desired.
• CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing functions in CIMOR, EHR, and collection systems.
• File claims for all third-party payers and apply payments for services.
• Perform daily and monthly audits and provide reports to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with organization policies and standards.
• Assist as needed in coverage and during staff meetings; participate in team duties.
