• Perform data entry related to billing and collections activities.
• Process secondary insurance claims to maximize reimbursements.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives.
• Conduct account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Coordinate benefits and verify insurance eligibility for patients.
• Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
