Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or collections processes.
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to become certified).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure invoices are paid on time and records are accurate.
• Contact members about outstanding balances and collect payments.
• Process payments, corrections and reversals; maintain collection files.
• Greet members at front desk; answer phones; explain invoices clearly.
• Negotiate solutions to billing disputes and maintain revenue.
