Job summary

Summit Athletic Club in St. George, UT is seeking a part-time Billing Agent to join our close-knit team. You’ll help members with billing questions, process payments, and keep accurate records with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, a free gym membership, and a supportive, family-style workplace. CPR/AED certification is valued and commission is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing or collections.
• Comfortable with basic math and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• CPR/AED certified or willing to become certified within 3 months.
• Honest and discreet with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage member billing, payments, and account records.
• Identify outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments.
• Communicate billing questions or past-due accounts.
• Negotiate payment solutions professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain organized and confidential records.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
