Qualifications

• Experience in billing or collections.
• Comfortable with basic math and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Calm, patient, and solution-focused.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• CPR/AED certified or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Managing member billing, payments, and account records.
• Identifying outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
