Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing AR or billing teams.

• Effective communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to travel between offices in Anaheim, Tustin, Corona, and Fountain Valley.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR & Billing team.
• Oversee invoicing, cash application, and AR aging.
• Drive collection strategies and partner with Sales, Operations, and Service.
• Manage invoice disputes and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Provide reporting and analysis on KPIs, trends, and cash forecasts.
• Maintain compliance and support audits.
