Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5–8 years related experience or equivalent
• Associate degree preferred
• Billing and Collections experience required
• Knowledge of HIPAA, payer rules and insurance processes
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and claim analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA spot checks and provide feedback to staff; collaborate with Management and QA Department to identify training needs
• Answer questions, provide support and direction to team members as needed
• Relay updates and changes to teammates and maintain current billing processes
• Review aging reports to identify overdue claims and trends; resolve or escalate accordingly
• Develop and deliver training for new and existing teammates and cross-functional efforts
