Responsibilities include auditing support, preparing analytical reports for stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure billing accuracy and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience preparing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholders.
• Background supporting monthly and quarterly audits.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to secure timely payments, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
• Investigate and correct billing discrepancies to ensure accurate invoices and account records.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to reduce past-due balances and keep accounts current.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve cash application errors to ensure payments are applied correctly.
• Research and resolve chargeback deductions and related disputes.
• Issue and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Process new contracts and sales to ensure proper billing setup and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to verify billing details and maintain billing accuracy.
