Job summary

Colossal Contracting, LLC is seeking a Junior Collections Specialist to support our accounts receivable team from the St. Petersburg, FL office. This role reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and is ideal for a self-directed individual joining a motivated team.

You will perform collection inquiries, post daily cash receipts, process card payments and refunds, and resolve payment discrepancies. Basic AR knowledge and an associate degree are required; experience with QuickBooks and

• Ability to research and analyze information.
• Must be comfortable making frequent collections calls.
