Job summary

Hibu is seeking a Client Services Representative to research and resolve billing-related issues for clients and the Sales team. You will provide accurate information about products and processes, partner with clients and Sales to resolve claims, and help retain clients by highlighting product value.

The role involves handling calls about billing concerns, processing payments via credit card and ACH, and ensuring client account information remains accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 2 years of billing and/or client-facing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Handle appropriate calls to resolve client issues and inquiries.
• Research billing issues and take action to resolve discrepancies.
• Process credit card and ACH payments during calls or claim resolutions.
• Ensure client account information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Initiate refunds for overpayments or misapplied payments when needed.
• Collaborate with management on special projects as assigned.
