Qualifications

• Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices.
• Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks.
• Ability to review costs and prepare invoices per contract terms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with JDE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the billing department.
• Create and organize job files.
• Review all job costs and supporting documentation.
• Prepare customer invoices per contractual language.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Input or verify data into customer billing programs and JDE.
