Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with JDE is a plus.

About this Role – Billing Clerk

We are looking for a talented Billing Clerk who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for reviewing all job costs and prepare customer invoices per contractual language, record sales and verify customer billings.

What You’ll Do

• Assists with inputting or verifying data entry into customer billing programs and JDE
• Assists with job closings

• Demonstrated multi-tasking, data entry skills, and prioritizing

• Excellent computer skills that includes experience with Microsoft Office applications
