Job summary

Purcell Tire & Service Centers is seeking an organized, tech-savvy team member to keep data accurate, reports polished, and our field managers supported. The role focuses on tire tracking data entry, reporting, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth operations for customers in the mining group.

You will assist expediting, billing, and communications with field managers and customers, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Purcell's Global Mining Group: We manage tire programs and tire-related logistics for our customers.

We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy team member to keep data accurate, reports polished, and our field managers supported. If you're detail-oriented and enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting of tire tracking information
• Provide support for Managers in the field
• Assist the Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing, and other logistics for customers
• Assist the Field Support Manager with reports, presentations, proposals, and website updates

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Enter tire tracking information, double-checking accuracy before entry
• Communicate with Managers in the field on data, reporting, and billing issues
• Prepare and create regular reports, or as needed
• Assist the Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing, and other logistics
• Communicate with customers regarding needs, billing questions, or other issues
• Provide support as needed to other Managers

What We're Looking For

• Strong administrative writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to work more efficiently (strongly recommended)
• Familiarity with Excel Pivot tables, graphs, and equations (recommended, not required)
• Highly detail-oriented
