Job summary

Purcell Tire in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team member to help keep tire data accurate, reports polished, and field managers supported. This full-time role focuses on data entry, reporting, and coordinating logistics for tire programs.

You will enter tracking information, generate regular reports, assist the Expeditor with ordering, shipping, and billing, and support Managers in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) is strongly recommended.
• Familiarity with Excel Pivot tables, graphs, and equations is recommended.
• Highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter tire tracking information and ensure accuracy.
• Provide field manager support and assist with data reporting.
• Assist Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing and logistics.
• Prepare regular reports and update presentations.
• Communicate with customers about needs, billing questions, or other issues.

Purcell Tire keeps mining operations rolling. We manage tire programs and tire-related logistics for our customers, and we're looking for an organized, tech-savvy team member to help us keep data accurate, reports polished, and our field managers supported. What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting of tire tracking information
• Provide support for Managers in the field
• Assist the Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing, and other logistics for customers
• Assist the Field Support Manager with reports, presentations, proposals, and website updates

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Enter tire tracking information, double-checking accuracy before entry
• Communicate with Managers in the field on data, reporting, and billing issues
• Prepare and create regular reports, or as needed
• Assist the Expeditor with tire ordering, shipping, billing, and other logistics
• Communicate with customers regarding needs, billing questions, or other issues
• Provide support as needed to other Managers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong administrative writing skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
