Job summary

Uloop Inc. is looking for a dedicated Billing Clerk for their Corporate operation in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will manage the costing and finalizing of all vehicle deals, ensuring accuracy in various financial transactions.

Qualified applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high-school diploma, and proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds software. The position offers numerous benefits, including paid time off and a retirement plan.

• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicle deals.
• Review and verify Deal Checklist to ensure all items are completed.
• Verify that the Buyer's Order down payment matches the funds received.
• Calculate and set up salesman commissions on Reynolds.

Position Overview

We presently have an employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in our Corporate operation.

Responsibilities

In this new role, the Billing Clerk is responsible for costing and finalizing all new and used vehicle deals.

• Processes all new and used vehicle deals
• Reviews and verifies Deal Checklist to ensure all items are completed
• Verifies that the Buyer's Order down payment matches the funds received
• Pulls out policies to be given to the Billing Clerk to submit and send out
• Reviews costing sheet to verify the amounts are correct
• Calculates and sets up salesman commissions on Reynolds
• Processes any remaining payments
• Processes salesman commissions
• Processes F&I commissions
• Participates in ad hoc accounting projects as needed
