Job summary

EchoStar, based in Englewood, Colorado, is seeking an analytical specialist to join our Billing & Credit team. You will bridge Billing, Credit Wireless, and IT to resolve complex customer billing issues and streamline workflows.

The role focuses on mapping processes, documenting business needs, and driving automation to reduce manual effort while maintaining system integrity across wireless lines of business. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, financial operations, or project coordination.
• Experience with data querying and management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Billing, Credit Wireless, and IT to resolve complex billing issues.
• Map existing processes and translate business needs into technical designs and documentation to support offer releases.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to minimize manual effort and improve workflows.
• Analyze operational metrics to define problems and drive system changes with minimal business impact.
