Job Duties and Responsibilities

You will solve the critical challenge of maintaining financial integrity across complex device financing and customer billing systems. By identifying over/undercharging issues and leading release management for billing initiatives, you ensure a seamless and accurate financial experience for the customer base. This role acts as a primary Subject Matter Expert, translating intricate data patterns into actionable process improvements that reduce manual workloads and drive organizational efficiency.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Perform release management for all initiatives impacting customer billing to ensure seamless transitions and 100% data accuracy
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles that proactively alert leadership to unforeseen shifts in business performance
  • Implement process improvements and reporting automation across databases and spreadsheets to reduce manual resource allocation for routine tasks
  • Audit new and existing customer devices to mitigate financial risks associated with financing, subsidies, and exception accounts
  • Lead ad‑hoc data investigations using advanced SQL and Excel models to provide rapid insights for executive decision‑making
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance the speed of ad‑hoc report generation and improve the accuracy of multi‑source data validation processes
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
  • Advanced proficiency in complex financial data interpretation and the identification of systemic billing anomalies or financing issues
  • Professional expertise in SQL and Microsoft Access for structured data retrieval and the management of large‑scale relational databases
  • Strategic skill in process optimization and release management within a high‑volume, dynamic billing environment
  • Clear and concise technical communication skills for translating operational metrics and valid conclusions to a wide audience of internal departments
  • AI Innovation skills to apply automated solutions and intelligent data processing to recurring reporting and workflow management
  • Critical Experience managing large‑scale customer billing audits and executing release management strategies that preserve data integrity across multiple platforms
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of related experience in business analysis, accounting, or finance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and exposure to Macros
  • Experience in Customer Billing and/or Release Management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year – $85,500.00/Year
