Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to include an Associate's in Accounting/Business or similar field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
• Advanced computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to customers, outside contacts and our associates.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Invoice generation: preparing and generating accurate invoices based on contracts and parameters.
• Data entry: entering billing and payment information with high accuracy.
• Billing verification: reviewing invoices for correctness and adherence to policies.
• Billing issue resolution: investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Monthly reconciliation: performing monthly billing reconciliations.
• Reporting: preparing and generating periodic billing reports.
• Process improvement: identifying opportunities to streamline billing processes.
