Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in billing, AR, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with customer billing portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices for projects, service work, and maintenance.
• Maintain customer accounts, including billing contacts and invoicing requirements.
• Monitor AR and resolve balances and billing issues with customers and teams.
• Administer customer billing portals to ensure on-time invoices and docs.
• Generate customer statements and support AR reporting and collections.
• Serve as main contact for billing inquiries from customers and internal teams.
• Maintain portal information, including supplier and procurement portals.
• Ensure billing records are accurate, organized, and compliant with procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and PO issues.
• Identify process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and cash flow.
• Support month-end closing activities with Finance for timely reporting.
