The role focuses on accurate and timely billing, payment collection, and discrepancy resolution, coordinating with internal teams and clients to optimize cash flow.

The ideal candidate will maintain up-to-date transaction records, monitor payments, and manage payment processes with excellent communication and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to apply basic math to discounts, interest, percentages.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits for premiums via check and ACH.
• Reconcile invoices in the policy administration system.
• Monitor accounts receivable and billing accuracy.
• Maintain master billing files for client groups.
• Follow up with agents, brokers, or clients on invoices.
• Maintain records of payments and transactions in the system.
• Provide information to Client Representatives and Sales Managers.
• Assist company representatives in information gathering for requests.
