• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience focused on AR and billing.
• Experience with Viewpoint ProContractor software.
• Strong understanding of AR, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative team.

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable activities
• Prepare and process monthly customer invoicing
