The ideal candidate will have strong AR/AP knowledge, ERP experience, and proven supervisory abilities, ensuring accuracy, timely close processes, and compliant operations across accounts and contracts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5–8 years of related experience.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory/management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative and operational support for LGES ESS and Enclosure operations to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
• Manage monthly AR/AP closing activities, including reconciliation and coordination with finance stakeholders for accurate reporting.
• Monitor AR/AP transactions, ensure timely processing and adherence to policies.
• Administer AR/AP aging, drive collection and minimize outstanding balances.
• Review and maintain customer account records for data accuracy and proper system setup.
