Job summary

• Lead, coach, and develop Billing and Collections Specialists including onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Set priorities, allocate workload, and hold the team to clear accuracy and cash collection targets.

Billing Operations:

• Own billing accuracy and compliance, resolve discrepancies, credits, adjustments, and invoicing issues.
• Act as escalation point for complex cases and drive continuous improvement.

Collections and AR Management:

• Own collections strategy for strategic accounts and reduce aging receivables.
• Manage escalations, payment risk, and provide clear reporting and forecasting to leadership.
