Responsibilities

• Prepare Billing requests in Procure Learn SAP and prepare the SAP sales orders.
• Gather the documentation for the Billing requests - Sales invoice, backup and send to Customer.
• Record payment from Customer in Procure.
• Work with Project Leads and Managers on delinquent payments with Customers.
• Maintain Billing tracking schedules.
• Perform system reconciliation between Procure and SAP.
