Job Summary

The Billing Analyst is responsible for preparing and processing billing requests related to lump sum payments, payment plans, and financed projects. This role involves coordinating with project managers, accounting, and customers to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking, while minimizing IDC/STF charges on projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare billing requests in Procure and create SAP sales orders.
• Request sales invoices from Accounting and gather necessary documentation.
