CoAd is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join our Billing team. This position supports the company's billing operations through invoice generation, billing analysis, auditing, reporting, process improvement, and revenue validation. The Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of billing data while helping identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and protect company revenue.
This role supports the monthly billing cycle while also participating in ongoing operational initiatives, ad hoc projects, data analysis, and continuous process improvements. The Billing Analyst works closely with internal business partners to research complex billing issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and support evolving business needs. Success in this role requires curiosity, sound analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
