Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable and billing activities.

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and deductions.
• Reconcile customer accounts to outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Assist with resolving customer billing and payment issues.
• Work closely with internal team members to support departmental goals.
• Utilize internal billing systems and accounting platforms.
• Perform additional accounting duties as assigned by management.

Location: Herndon, VA - Onsite

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Permanent

Compensation: $23/hour | Up to $55,000 upon conversion

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
