Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an entry-level Billing Specialist to join a high-volume billing and revenue team. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.

You will create and process invoices, support day-to-day billing activities, and help maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for recent finance graduates with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of billing, invoicing, accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high transaction volume.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Send invoices to customers and support day-to-day billing activities.
• Process a high volume of billing transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Review billing information for completeness and accuracy.
• Support the team with billing-related questions and issue resolution.
• Follow established billing and revenue processes.
• Work effectively in a high-volume environment with significant transaction activity.
• Learn and apply company-specific billing and revenue procedures.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of billing, invoicing, accounting, finance, or related experience
• Recent finance or accounting graduates will be considered
• Prior billing or invoicing experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high transaction volume
• Comfortable working with repetitive, detail-oriented processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
