Copper Ridge Nursing and Assisted Living Center is seeking an energetic Business Office Manager to oversee the revenue cycle in our skilled nursing facility. The BOM will lead billing, collections, and related documentation while coordinating with other departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with residents, families, and payers. Experience with Medicaid/Medi-Cal reimbursement and payer sources is preferred.

Competenze

• Strong communication and assertiveness with residents and families.
• Knowledge of LTC/Skilled Nursing payers and eligibility.
• Understanding of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and patient liability.

• Maintain accurate daily census and payer source hierarchy.
• Oversee admission process and resident file documentation.
• Meet with residents/representatives to explain financial responsibilities.
