Your Impact
As a Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Engineering projects by ensuring accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders and billing documentation. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams will help drive project efficiency from initiation through invoicing. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining financial accuracy and delivering excellent internal service in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Review Sales Orders for completeness and accuracy prior to billing setup
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information
- Advance approved Sales Orders through the billing process, supporting timely invoicing
- Help transition projects from setup to final invoice by ensuring all required documentation is accounted for
- Support the generation of customer invoices based on project milestones or service completion
- Understand and apply contract terms and billing expectations
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding billing status, timelines, and open issues
- Assist with data entry, document management, and other general administrative support tasks
- Learn and navigate industry-specific billing systems, including NetSuite and internal project tools

Core Experience

- Learn and navigate industry-specific billing systems, including NetSuite and internal project tools
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP/billing systems (preferred)
- Experience supporting Engineering, construction, or technical service teams
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour/DOE
At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range
$20—$24 USD
