Job summary

Ward North American is seeking an on-site billing and accounting support assistant in San Antonio, TX. You will convert move estimates into invoices, audit documents for completeness, and maintain billing records in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities also include handling shipping labels, routing inquiries, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Strong detail orientation and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounting support, data entry, or administrative roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Convert move estimates and operational paperwork into accurate customer invoices
• Audit incoming documentation to ensure completeness (signed, dated, accurate)
• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation
• Log, track, and distribute hauling and billing paperwork
• Monitor shared inboxes and route requests appropriately
• Generate shipping labels and billing-related documents
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Maintain office supplies and support administrative needs
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
