Babbidge Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the Controller and help keep the billing cycle on track each month.

Responsibilities include billing construction jobs with various contract types, sales tax calculations, burden allocation, rate tables, new project setup, contract analysis and Procore verification. Procore and Sage Intacct experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Billing experience in construction preferred.
• Understanding of various billing types and contract terms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
