You will manage project-level accounting, cost tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting, coordinating with project managers and field teams on cost allocations.

The role requires experience with construction billing methods and software like Procore and Sage Intacct; strong communication and audit support are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Procore and Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Experience in construction accounting and knowledge of billing types.
• Understanding of contract reading (AIA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to support month-end close and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage project-level accounting, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Understanding of different Contract Types.
• Assist with month-end close processes.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to construction contracts and lien waivers.
• Process and review subcontractor invoices, owner billings, and job cost entries.
