Job summary

Babbidge Construction Company seeks a detail-oriented Controller support role to keep monthly billing on track. You will handle billing for multiple contract types, manage tax calculations, burden allocation, rate tables, and new project setup while ensuring accuracy in Procore and Sage Intacct.

Ideal candidates have construction billing knowledge, experience reading AIA contracts, and strong communication skills to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Procore and Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Construction knowledge and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret AIA contracts.
• Understanding different types of billing methods used in construction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; lead by example.
• Be proactive in finding solutions and improving processes.

Responsibilities
