Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Installer to join the Operations team. You will install and maintain outdoor billboards, prioritizing safety and quality, with training provided for the right candidate.

The role requires comfort with heights, basic computer skills, and ability to work full-time on-site. CDL is a plus, PTO, holidays, and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft preferred.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards with emphasis on safety.
• Handle vinyl and flex installation and copies on billboards.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment on-site.
• Attend safety meetings and document installations.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
