Job summary

Lamar Outdoor of Indianapolis, Indiana is hiring an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards across Indianapolis and surrounding areas. This on-site, full-time position includes comprehensive training and a dynamic outdoor advertising environment.

You will work as part of an installation crew, perform safety-conscious construction tasks, document installations, and ensure quality billboard cosmetics.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all billboards.
• Remove and hang signage and prepare materials for installation.
• Perform routine maintenance and cosmetic repairs on structures.
• Conduct safety meetings and follow Lamar safety standards.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
