Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in York, PA is hiring for an Installer in our on-site Operations team. This entry-level, full-time role focuses on installing and maintaining billboards, handling vinyls and flexes, and ensuring safety while working at heights.

Training and equipment are provided to start your full-time career. The position requires teamwork, reliable scheduling, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. above ground preferred.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and apply advertisements.
• Handle vinyls and flexes, and prepare copies for installation.
• Tighten bolts, paint steel structures, and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Take completion photos for proof of installation and maintain a clean workshop area.
• Follow safety meetings and use construction tools properly.
