Lamar Advertising Company in Hartford, CT is hiring an entry-level, full-time Installer to help install and maintain billboards across Hartford and surrounding areas. Safety is emphasized and training is provided.

You’ll work with the Operations team, use power and hand tools, and climb structures up to height tolerance. The role offers a Monday–Thursday 6:30a–3:30p schedule with Friday half-day, paid time off, holidays, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang vinyls and flexes on billboards
• Build and install extensions on billboards and perform minor repairs
• Use power and manual tools following safety regulations
