Lamar Advertising Company in Allentown, PA is seeking an Installer to join the Operations crew. The role is full-time, outdoors, and involves installing and maintaining large format billboards with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work with the team to assemble advertisements, tighten structures, and perform maintenance up to heights. Training and benefits are provided as part of a robust employee program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus.
• Ability to climb heights up to 200 ft. and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards.
• Perform maintenance on structures and cosmetic upkeep.
• Work with the Operations team to install and maintain billboards.
• Document installations and take completion photos.
• Follow safety regulations and use construction tools properly.
