Lamar Advertising Company in Lima, OH is hiring for an entry-level Installer to join the Operations crew. You will install and maintain outdoor billboards, work with vinyls and fixtures, and support safety-driven construction tasks.

The role offers a full-time schedule with training, competitive hourly pay, and growth opportunities. You’ll operate in outdoor environments, climb structures up to 100 feet, and coordinate with the team to ensure quality installations and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone and manage your work schedule effectively.
• Must be willing to work at heights up to 100 feet above the ground.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work with others and be part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Internet navigation and Microsoft Word & Excel.

Responsabilités

• Remove and install billboards and vinyls per schedule and safety rules.
• Maintain and repair billboard structures and hardware.
• Operate power/manual tools with safety compliance.
• Attend construction safety meetings as required.
• Maintain vehicles and construction tools; keep the workshop clean.
• Photograph completions for proof of installation.
