Lamar Advertising Company in Monroe, LA is hiring an Installer to join the Operations team. This entry‑level, full‑time role installs and maintains billboards, often working alone, with safety top of mind. The tallest structure reaches around 200 feet, so comfort with heights is essential.

As an Installer, you’ll handle vinyls, flexes, and imaging, use tools, and perform routine maintenance. Valid driver’s license, OSHA 10, and a high school diploma are required; CDL is optional.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls, prepare and install copies.
• Build and install billboard extensions and perform maintenance.
• Operate power/manual tools and follow safety meetings.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and keep a clean workshop area.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
