Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Bridgeport, WV is hiring an Installer to join the Operations crew. You will install and maintain billboards, work on vinyls and structures, and help ensure safe, quality installations across our network in Bridgeport and surrounding areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid license, and OSHA 10-hour training. CDL is a plus. Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft is preferred.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards, including advertisement installation and cosmetics upkeep.
• Work alongside the Operations team to ensure safety and timeliness.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance of installations.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and safety compliance during installations.
• Attend safety meetings and follow DOT/OSHA regulations.
