Lamar Advertising Company’s Dayton, Ohio office is hiring an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards across Dayton and surrounding areas. You’ll join an installation crew, receive training, and help bring campaigns to life with safety and teamwork at the core.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, an hourly pay range of $20–$25, up to 120 hours of PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive six-week training program plus opportunities for career advancement and

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and reading.
• Willing to work well with others.
• Basic computer skills including Word & Excel.
• Ability to follow Lamar safety standards.
• Ability to climb heights and work at height.
• Read technical documents and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards.
• Hang and replace flexes and vinyls.
• Repair structures and perform lighting/cosmetic work.
• Electrical repairs and safety compliance.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
• Take completion photos.
