Lamar Advertising Company in Indiana, PA is hiring for an on-site Installer to join the operations team. This full-time role involves installing and maintaining billboards, handling vinyls, and ensuring proper assembly on structures up to 200 feet high. You’ll work with power tools, follow safety rules, and document work with photos and logs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10-hour training. CDL is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Experience working at heights and with construction/install tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls on billboards and install copies.
• Build extensions, trim vegetation, perform repairs, and keep a clean workshop.
• Use power and hand tools and follow safety regulations.
• Attend safety meetings as required and document installations.
