Lamar Advertising Company in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking an on-site Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards and support campaigns across Lincoln and nearby areas. Training and equipment are provided to start your outdoor advertising career.

Responsibilities include assembly, maintenance of structures, and ensuring cosmetics and safety standards are met. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and hands-on construction work in an outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction certification required.
• Preferred certifications: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.
• Previous experience at heights up to 200 ft preferred.
• Willing to undergo online personality assessment during application.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards.
• Remove and hang flexes/vinyls, prepare materials for installation.
• Repair and maintain billboard structures and faces.
• Take completion photos as proof of performance.
• Adhere to Lamar safety standards and document work.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

OSHA 10-hour Construction

CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD certifications

Experience working at heights up to 200 ft

Willingness to complete personality assessment
