Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Topeka, Kansas, is seeking an Installer to join our operations crew. This full-time role involves installing and maintaining billboards, handling large vinyl advertisements, and ensuring proper assembly on structures up to heights.

The position requires working at heights and a valid driver’s license, with strong safety awareness and teamwork. The job offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:30a–3p) with an hourly pay range of $18–$20, plus comprehensive benefits and 120

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A valid driver’s license is required
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required
• Construction/billboard installation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls; prepare and install copies on billboards
• Build and install extensions; trim vegetation and perform minor repairs
• Use power/manual tools with safety adherence
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings
• Maintain operation vehicles and tools
• Take completion photos as proof of installations
