Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Tulsa, OK is hiring an Installer to join our Operations crew. You’ll install and maintain billboards, work at heights, and ensure safety while supporting campaigns for brands in Tulsa and surrounding areas.

We offer a Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm schedule, competitive hourly pay, 120 hours PTO, holidays, a 6-week training program, and career development opportunities. CDL not required but helpful; OSHA-10 required; strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma to qualify a candidate.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction training is required.
• Valid driver's license is required for site travel.
• CDL and non-CDL licenses are a plus for freight/vehicle work.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft is preferred.
• Construction or billboard installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang vinyls and flexes for billboard updates.
• Build and install extensions; perform minor electrical repairs as needed.
• Operate power and manual tools safely following regulations.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain a clean workshop area.
• Maintain vehicles and construction tools; document installations with photos.
